In the name of the Beloved Father of us all ... I Mary Hogan, of Cleveland, ... last will and testament
First, That all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as possible
Second, that money coming from the insurance policy in the [superscript note: "protected"] Home Circle and the money received from the sale of my rooming house be given absolutely to my son Joseph Hogan, and also to Joseph anything I have after the payment of my debts.
Third, that ___ O'Connor of St John's Cathedral be appointed guardian of my child Joseph Hogan
Fourth, appoints H B Ormsby as executor
Fifth, $50 to ___ O'Connor for masses
