AUGUSTUS E. PAIGE
BUCKSPORT--Augustus E Paige, 59, died suddenly at work in Bucksport, Monday.
He was born at Veazie on April 13, 1905, son of Mr and Mrs Jerome Paige.
He was a member of the Pulp and Sulphite Union of the St Regis Paper Company. He attended St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Bucksport.
He is survived by his widow, Anne M Paige of Bucksport; a daughter, Barbara Deagen of Ridgefield,Conn.; three brothers, Jerome, Charles and James Paige, all of Boston; three sisters, Cecelia Paige, Mrs Florence Francis and Mrs Lillian Walsh, all of Boston; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Bucksport Wednesday at 9 am. The Rev Samuel Dugan will conduct the service.
A rosary will be said Tuesday at 8 pm at the Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home in Bucksport.
Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery at Orland.
