This is Margaret Lillian Brown in 1920. She is a niece to the head of the household, John F Broomfield, who married Annie F Brown on 22 Aug 1888 (Marriages Registered in Boston, page 153). That marriage record says Annie's parents' names were Thomas and Mary, which are the same as Margaret Lillian's father's parents' names.
