The certificate from Boston, #4959, adds that both his parents were born in Ireland and both her parents were born in Canada. Also that the JP's name was John Weaver Sherman and he lived at Trinity Court, 175 Dartmouth Street. The tree at familysearch says he and his parents were all born in New Brunswick, Canada. If that is true, maybe Annie provided the information for the marriage license.
