I didn't find a marriage record in the Rhode Island records at familysearch.

Charles was boarding with his father in the 1912 Woonsocket City Directory, but he owned the home at 207 Highland St in the 1913 Directory. Directories usually reflect the situation in the previous year.

Likewise Selina is listed as a teacher in 1912, boarding at 282 Park Ave, but is not listed in 1913. The spouses were not included with the heads of the household in these directories.

In 1913 John North is listed as boarding at 207 Highland St.
