Her Fall River death certificate, with her husband as informant, said Annie was born Aug 4, 1884, in Massachusetts. Her Taunton death certificate, with the hospital records as informant, said she was born in 1883. Her marriage record, presumably with Annie as informant, said she was born in late 1881 or early 1882 in Fall River.

I didn't find her birth record in the Massachusetts records, which are on line for that time period. Her brother George's information, said that he was born September 8, 1884, in Little Compton, RI.

So I think Annie was probably born about 1882 in Little Compton, not Fall River. Those records are not at familysearch as of January 2019.
