William F McGrath of 118 E Broadway was stricken ill and died suddenly Monday morning. Dr E J Paulsen, county coroner, said Mr McGrath was found lying in an uptown rest room and death apparently was due to natural causes.

The remains are at the Daly-Shea chapel.
