That said deceased departed this life at Essex Connecticut the 18th of May 1908, and was at or immediately previous to her death a resident of the county of Kings.

'That she died a natural death and that the petitioner saw her remains after her death.'

That said deceased at the time of her death was possessed and owner of no personal property but left her surviving a cause of action for damages for personal injuries resulting in her death against on New York Hartford Transportation Company and others
