DIMOND - Marie A., 82, Williamston, Mich., formerly of Portage, died March 9, 2004, at Naples Community Hospital, Naples, Fla. Born Aug. 2, 1921, in Johnstown, daughter of Francis M. and Leola (Kiel) Schultz. Preceded in death by parents; and husband, Leroy A. Dimond, who died June 3, 1993. Survived by daughters, Anne, wife of Doug Cruce, Williamston, Mich.; and Jean, wife of Gary Dawson, Middletown, Del.; grandchildren, Jean, wife of Bill Kordenbrock; Laura, wife of Kevin Keyes; Charles Cruce; Adrienne, wife of Pete Fedorkowicz; Michelle, wife of Tom Turvey; Peter Dawson; also seven great-grandchildren; and brother, William F. "Billie" Schultz, Waxahatchie, Texas; sister-in-law, Mary, wife of John Wadsworth, South Fork; and brother-in-law, David Spittal, Parma, Ohio. Marie retired from the former Portage Cleaners after 20 years. She was a member of the first graduating class of the former Mount Aloysius Junior College. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home Inc., South Fork. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Monday at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, South Fork, Father Louis J. Mulvehill. Committal, 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 16, 2004, at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, Del.
