Anne W. Billups , 99, of Jeannette, passed away Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at her home. She was born Nov. 16, 1915, in Pleasant Valley, Penn Township, a daughter of the late Frank and Jane Vehar Wodnick. Prior to her retirement, Anne was a secretary for the Local No. 23 in Pittsburgh. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Jeannette and the local SNPJ Lodge. In addition to her parents, Anne was predeceased by her husband, Frances Vere Billups , in 2006; sisters, Jane Sabec, Josie Smith and Pauline Marcinkewicz; and four brothers, John, Frank, William and George Wodnick. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., 228 North 2nd St., Jeannette. A funeral service will take place 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel, with Robert A. Fuehrer officiating. Entombment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
