Mary (Grant) Cunningham's brother Richard died in 1904 and left the family farm to his siblings, in equal shares. On the Valuation Revision Books, the land passes to a Patrick Cunningham, of record as of 1906. There was probably more than one Patrick Cunningham in the area, but Mary's husband seems like the logical choice to be the right one. Based on their censuses and birthplaces of the children, it looks like Mary stayed, for the most part, on the farm in Lisnacree and Patrick was back and forth running his fish dealing business in Co. Monaghan. Descendants would know for sure.
