Cecelia did not marry. She worked as a restaurant hostess most of her life, some of the time at a restaurant in one of the department stores in Boston. She is listed as a hostess in the 1943 to 1945 Boston City Directory, while living at 289 Chestnut Ave., Jamaica Plain. Her death record says she was a sales clerk in a department store. Cecelia died at home, 41 Independence Ave., Braintree, MA. She is buried in in St. Joseph's Cemetery, West Roxbury, with her mother.
