Wife Eliza Inman remarries in Santa Clara County 1 July 1871 to William Hamlet. Both of their residences were San Diego County. No trace of her afterward.
Son Frank is with his mother in 1870 in San Diego County, and also as a day laborer in Redwood Twp, Santa Clara County. Died, I think, in Woodland, Yolo County, CA in 1939.
Daughter Laura Ellen married Wm Britton and is in San Diego in 1870ff.
Son Nelson is seen on voter registration lists in Santa Clara CA through 1894. May be with daughter Hortensia "Tennie" Bannister in Santa Clara Co in 1930, using the first name "Nicholas."
