on the 29th of August 1940 Henry N Hamilton filed this application.
Whereupon the court finds that Anna died testate February 8, 1940, will filed February 15, 1929, probated February 18, 1929, recorded Volume 181 page 433, and that on February 19, 1929, Henry was appointed executor.
The court further finds [that everything is in order] and it is ordered that the real estate be transferred to Henry.
