Mrs Martha Billups, 69, of Jeanette, died in Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg. She was born in Madison, daughter of the late Willis D and Sadie Bowman Williams, and was the widow of Joseph F Billups. Surviving are two sons, F. Vere of Jeanette, and Joseph L of Irwin; three sisters, and a brother.
