According to Huntingdonshire parish registers, Marriages Edited by W.P. W. Phillimore and W.M. Noble (London: Phillimore & Co., 1912), Sarah Woo ds married a Richard Billups in Hunts. on 4 Jul 1833. She then married th is Richard Billups on 8 Jun 1837. The parties to the second marriage we re both widowed.

A widow, and a pauper, at Oil Mills Rd., Ramsey, 1851, with children Jess e, Martha and Sarah. Still there in 1861 with Jesse. Did she die by 186 4, when Jesse left for USA? (Billups' transcriptions).
