This might be her aunt Susan Sands, who arrived in 1904 but who did not marry Michael McGuire until 1911. I didn't find Susan's marriage in Cleveland.

Ellen was at 3738 Euclid Avenue when her brother Richard emigrated.

Helen was living at 11234 Durant Ave when her sister Susan emigrated.
