A comment about Mary Rodgers at the Miko Family Tree at ancestry.com, https://trees.ancestry.com/tree/26572201/person/1870975027/comments?pg=32768&pgpl=pid, says this:

Vaudville performer

Mary's first husband was Pat Kelly who was a minor league baseball player. They had one child. Pat died tragically from being hit in the head by a thrown baseball. Upon his death, Mary follows her acting passion which takes her to NYC where she meets Dudley Anderson. They marry, have a child ,Edward ( my grandfather) and leave him with Pat Kelly's mother and pursue their Vaudville passion/money by moving to Butte, Montana where Dudly ends up having an affair with another performer and running off to Chicago to start a new life. He left Mary without funds where she eventually dies of Scarlet fever.

Event Note

This is Mary Rodgers' death record because:
Her second husband, Dudley Anderson, died in Chicago on March 19, 1932. Notes on the transcription of his death record say "alias Bobby Carroll." Mary and Dudley were theater performers. There are a number of news clippings advertising Bobby Carroll and Minnie Kelly on the same bill. I have found one as early as 1887 in Baltimore, Maryland, and as late as April 1893 in Deadwood, South Dakota. An April 22, 1893, clip from the Deadwood Black Hills Daily Times, calls her Mrs Bobbie Carroll, alias Minnie Kelly."

In August 2012, one of the McAnenys, a descendant of Mary's sister Catherine, told me in an email that he had always heard that Mary died in Butte, Montana, and was buried there.

For place of burial, her death record said "Catholic." I think this would be St Patrick's Cemetery in Butte. She is not on findagrave for that cemetery as of May 9, 2022.
