His death record in 1928 said he was 50, according to the transcription.
His son Charles' death record, with his brother Joseph as informant, said Patrick was born in Armagh.
His son Thomas' birth record says Patrick was born in Fort Hill, Ireland.
His daughter Eulalia Whetherhult's death record says he was born in Ford Hill, Ireland.
There is no such place as Fort Hill or Ford Hill in Ireland.
