William W Young, whose place of business is at 966 East 82nd, Cleveland, Ohio, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that he is a duly licensed undertaker and as such attended the burial of one Sarah Farrell who died in Cleveland Ohio on March 6 1947.

Not being able to locate any records to get her correct age her age was not given correct.

Affiant further says that the certificate of death filed in the Bureau of Vital Statistics, Cleveland O gives the date of birth of deceased as Dec 26 1853 and her age as 94 yrs 2 months 8 days whereas the correct date of birth was Dec 26 1865 and deceased was 81 years 2 mon 8 days old.
