William Johann Telzrow

Birth Name William Johann Telzrow
Gender male
Age at Death about 82 years, 2 months, 3 days

Narrative

William Johann's birth year should be considered approximate. The 1900 Census said he was born in Mar 1824. The Hamburg Passenger Lists say he was 32 in July 1857. The censuses vary widely. His death notice says his age at death was 82 in May of 1905.

After looking at his arrival information, I suspect William's name in Germany was Johann Wilhelm Telzrow, with Johann being an baptismal name and Wilhelm being the name he would be known by.
