WONSICK, Marilyn Murphy, 77, passed away April 8, 2008. She was born in Cleveland, OH and moved to St. Petersburg in 1952.

Graduated from St. Alexis School of Nursing with advanced studies at Charlotte Rehabilitation Hospital in NC. Employed as an RN at St. Anthony's Hospital then Rehabilitation Supervisor at Swanholm. Charter member of Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle. Member of Our Lady of Perpetual Circle since 1958. Volunteered with Girl Scouts, Meals on Wheels, Clinic at St. Jude Cathedral. Member of Legion of Mary and Cursillo. Active in Neighborhood Association and Crime Watch. Interests were reading and traveling, having assembled over forty albums of photos taken during visits to 48 states and 5 continents.

She is survived by her 4 daughters, Peg(Larry) Rennie, Ann (Scott) Conard, Rita (Rick) Hagberg, and Mary Ellen Brannick, 6 sons, Robert (Anne), William (Wanda), Thomas (Becky), Raymond (Beth), James (Kim), David (Betsy) her brother, Thomas (Pat) Murphy, 25 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations to Daystar or St. Vincent de Paul Society.
