Wm O'Rourke's house was and still is known as Bayview cottage. Wm’s family rented out Bayview and they converted Wm’s forge into a dwelling house. His son James lived with his family in the forge, his brother Frank lived in the little cottage behind Bayview. This cottage may have been the one the McAteers lived in.

A little ad on the sale of Rose’s farm, which was purchased by Peter Farrell, brother of Luke who died along with Richard O'Rourke.
