Nancy McC Service, widow of said Leckey M Service, is the executrix named in his will dated 31 October 1887.

She says he was a resident of Philadelphia County and died at Belmont Avenue and Montgomery Avenue in Philadelphia County on Monday 27 February 1888 at 8:00 AM. He possessed personal property to the value of $1000 to $5000 and real estate (less encumbrance) to the value of $10,000 to 30,000.

She applies for probate of the will
