I have not found Thomas or Margaret on the Iowa Census of 1885. In 1891 Margaret is widowed and in Toronto with her daughter Mary.
Thomas died between 1890 and 1891. Did he die in Toronto?

On the 1911 Census of Toronto, Canada, Thomas and Margaret Young's daughter Mary said she was born in December 1856. Mary was born in Pennsylvania. So the Youngs must have been in PA until at least that date.
