As best as I can tell, Thomas Sands took over the family farm from his father about 1902, according to the Valuation Revision Books. Daniel's name is crossed out in 1902 and Thomas' is written in. They were leasing from Wm. C. Heron. The paperwork might have lagged a bit; Thomas' father Daniel died in April 1900.

Thomas is listed in the 1908 to 1920 revision book as occupying parcels 13A & B and 9Ed. He was still leasing from Wm. C. Heron.

Thomas Sands died in 1943. I don't know if he still owned the farm when he died. Hi is described as a laborer on the NI Will Index.
A Sands descendant in Cleveland says the property is still in the family as of February 2025.
