Note: I am going to assume that "Catherine" is their daughter Henrietta, or "Minnie". If the census taker can hear "Orshakovski" and write down "Kaufski", then maybe he heard "Minnie" or "Minna" and wrote down "Catherine". Minnie was younger than Herman and older than Frederick, and should be in this household, being born in 1872.

Minnie's 1900 census said she had 'arrived in 1884' but had been here '26 years'. I think the length of time is correct, if either statement is, since her father is in the Cleveland City Directory in 1880.
