TEANECK, N. J., June 25_____
Carl Kern Stewart, a metallurgist for Curtiss-Wright Corporation, manufacturers of airplane engines, died here today in his home at 263 Merrison Street after a long illness. His age was 60. Mr. Stewart served in the armed forces in both World Wars. He was a retired colonel in the Air Force Reserve. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Margaret Disney Stewart; two sons, Carlos and Bruce, and two grandchildren.
