William H.H. Kern attended the Hahnemann Medical College of Philadelphia. He raduated from the Homeopathic Medical College of Pennsylvania. He was licensed to practice in 1881 in Pennsylvania. He practiced homeopathy.[13] In 1887, William was on a list of officers and members of the Homoeopathic Medical Society of Allegheny County.
