Most likely born in Kilkeel Parish, County Down, Ireland. There are baptism records for four children of Henry and Catherine Sloan in the Kilkeel Catholic Parish registers. I didn't find Selina, but there is a gap in the ages of children where Selina would fit.

Selina was of Ballymadeerfy when she married Thomas Sands.
