On 10 May 1900, Patrick Rourke arrived in the United States aboard the HMS Oceanic. He was a laborer, age 19, from Kilkeel. His destination was the home of his sister, Alice O'Rourke, at 107 Van Ness Avenue, Cleveland.

[Note: 107 Van Ness Avenue became 1407 East 84th NE with the 1906 Cleveland street renaming.]

On the previous line, but scratched from the voyage, was Richard Grant, age 27, Kilkeel, headed to Butte, Montana, but without a specific person at his destination. Richard was Patrick's step-brother. He arrived later, on June 6, 1900, headed to Cleveland.

There are two Patrick O'Rourkes on the UK Incoming Passenger Lists at ancestry.com for this time period. Our Patrick is more likely Pat Orourke, a moulder, age 23, who departed from New York on the Etruria and arrived in Liverpool on 19 Nov 1904.

Patrick came through Ellis Island again on 1 Apr 1905 on the SS Campania, saying that he had been in this country previously from 1899 to 1904. His destination was his sister, Mrs. McBride's at 42 Brice/Price St., Cleveland. He was from Kilkeel and his occupation was "house builder."

I didn't find a Price or Brice Street. A Bruce St became East 112th.
