Kohler, Virginia "Ginny" R., 85, of Odessa, passed away December 12, 2001, in Tampa. Born October 21, 1916, in Norristown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Thomas F and Sara Billups. Mrs Kohler was a secretary for Power Line Construction and a member of Crescendo, The Tampa Bay Womens Chorus. Survivors include her companion, Maxine "Max" Morris of Odessa. Visitation will be held Friday Dec. 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, SR 54, New Port Richey. Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 15 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Miss Billups, E.C. Mitchell Are Married

Announcement was made yesterday of the marriage of Miss Virginia R. Billups to E.C. (Buddy) Mitchell. The wedding took place in Clearwater last Saturday night.

Mrs. Mitchell wore a pink tailored dress with a coconut straw hat. Mrs. Carl Lininger, her matron of honor, chose a light blue silk sport dress and white turban.

Mrs. Mitchell is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas F. Billups of this city. She is a native of Norristown, Pa., attended schools here and is a graduate of the Senior high school.

Mr. Mitchell, son of Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Mitchell of Cleveland, attended schools in Lakewood, O., and has made his residence here for the last eight months at Madeira beach. He is associated with Stover's pharmacy at Madeira beach, where the couple will make their home.

Mrs. Thomas Franklin Billups, 820 Fifteenth Avenue South, is announcing the engagement and approaching marriage of her daughter, Virginia Ruth, to Joseph Silas Kohler, son of Mrs. Joseph Anthony Kohler, 1761 Nineteenth Street South, and the late Mr. Kohler.

Miss Billups, daughter of the late Thomas Franklin Billups, graduated from Senior High School and the Tomlinson School of Beauty Culture.

Mr. Kohler graduated from Sarasota High School and has been with Southern Dairies Incorporated for the past five and a half years.

The wedding will take place at 2 p.m., Aug. 14 at Grace Methodist Church. Harris De Weese will officiate.

Mrs. Leslie Kohler and Alvin W. Kohler, brother of the bridegroom, will serve as attendants.
