Joseph's WWI and WWII draft registrations both said he was born March 17, 1890. His Social Security information said March 17, 1891.

Despite the inverted names, this must be Joseph's passenger manifest. It matches the information on his petition for naturalization exactly.

This looks like it is Joseph in 1910. The occupation is the same as the rest of his life, and the age and immigration year match as well.
