I am pretty sure this is Catherine (Service) Price. Elizabeth Arnold's maiden name was Covington. Leckey Service, who is probably Catherine's brother, had a Lizzie Covington, 20, in his household in 1860. Elizabeth Arnold witnessed Leckey Service's will.

I don't know exactly how the Covingtons are connected to the Service family.
