The two boys are probably Stover Perkins (b 1828), and John (b 1838). The four daughters would be Ann (b abt 1829), Ruth (about 1832), Abigail (June 21, 1834), and Sarah (October 29, 1836).

The funeral of Mrs Joseph Page, whose death occurred on Thursday, took place Sunday afternoon from the residence on Wilson Street. Rev A B Lorimer of the Columbia Street Baptist Church, Bangor, officiated. Mr A G Ray and Miss Ray sang. The interment was in Mount Hope Cemetery, Bangor. Abel Hunt had charge of arrangements.

she died intestate, leaving her husband Joseph and her three sons.

Abigail owned 2 parcels of land:
a lot or parcel of land on Fruit Street with house and stable, appraised at $1500.
a lot or parcel of land on the Northerly side of Mt Hope Steet containing 7 acres, appraised at $1200.

The debts of the deceased are $140, expenses of sale and administration are $150, so Joseph petitions to sell part of the land. but the residue would be greatly depreciated by selling part of it, so he partitions to sell all of it.

that left about $350.
looks like Joseph got $200 plus about $10 for fees or expenses or something like that. The other $138 was divided between their 3 sons.

being known as "Blake's Seven Acre Piece" being the same deeded to the late Abigail H Page by Edward H Blake by release deed dated July 9, 1887, and recorded in Penobscot Registry for deeds in Volume 578, page 494.
